We can finally reveal what we have been working on for the past 6 months…. Red Cartel has created the worlds first Virtual Reality department store for eBay and Myer. The Virtual Reality app we developed is now live on both the Play store and the App store.

We recently showcased our latest VR games and various other demos at the Technology and Gadget Expo in Melbourne using the latest tech from HTC Vive. We really appreciated the massive turnout and overwhelming positive response we got from everyone who could make it. Hope to see you again next year!
We’re proud to introduce the World’s First Virtual Reality Department Store we created for eBay and Myer. Australian customers can now browse more than 12,500 Myer products in Virtual Reality via the eBay VR app. The VR Department Store connects to the existing eBay.com.au API and allows Myer’s product range, pricing and stock information to be updated in real time.
Red Cartel recently did a Virtual Reality presentation on the Today Show, demonstrating the latest in Virtual Reality technology and applications. We had a great time showcasing the VIVE and the the hosts and crew were all blown away with the experiences.
We had a great night at Convergence 001 with lots of people experiencing VR for the first time. It never gets old seeing peoples reactions for their first time in Virtual Reality. Red Cartel will be exhibiting at Convergence 002 and demonstrating a variety of Virtual and Augmented experiences.
Our first VR / AR Meetup showcasing our VR car simulator. We all had a fantastic time and thank the organizers for a great night.
Armed with our HTC VIVE and Oculus Rift we visited the Optus Innovation lab with David Francis to demo some of the latest VR technology and applications. As always people were blown away with the capabilities of Virtual Reality.
